I am so excited to learn that my online stationery and apparel shop Eyedot Creative got a shoutout in the Best of Nashville 2023 edition of the Nashville Scene, Nashville’s alt-weekly! Check out this Writer’s Choice Award for Best Weird Greeting Cards:

Lindsey Turner at Eyedot Creative describes her aesthetic as “bleak, but fun.” That is extremely accurate. Eyedot Creative sells all kinds of items: mugs, stickers, buttons — and, of course, greeting cards. There are plenty of good ones to choose from, but the one at the top of my list says: “We are all God’s children — and he left us in a hot car.” Another one depicts words in a spiral through space apologizing for not replying to texts while “the trees burn and the oceans boil and the rich clink their Champagne glasses while the rest of us fight like crabs to get out of a bucket.” See? Bleak, but fun!
