In 2019, my longtime friend and writer/editor Tamara Burross asked if I’d be interested in doing the art direction and layout for the second printed anthology of Coffin Bell, her online literary magazine. I had enjoyed designing the first Coffin Bell — it was a fun challenge illustrating a book using either my own photos or free stock art — and had plenty of ideas I wanted to try in a second dark literature anthology, so it was easy to say yes.
Included here are some shots of the 279-page book itself, plus a book trailer I made, as well as some information on the mixed-media collage I created for the cover of the book. (You can get the book on Amazon here.)
